Your Wedding Day is So Close!

Congratulations, your big day is just around the corner! As a friendly reminder, your final payment is due 10 days before your event date. Once you’ve gathered all your RSVPs, we’ll need some final details from you. After submitting this form, our team will send your final invoice within 48 hours. Please ensure your count includes yourselves, the bridal party, and any non-team vendors.

Please note that once this form is submitted, we’re unable to make changes to your headcounts. Typically, any cancellations are balanced out by last-minute additions. However, if your guest count exceeds what was provided, we’ll adjust accordingly on the night of your event.

During the rehearsal, we’ll discuss any last-minute details, including your décor preferences. It’s advisable to take notes and photos for reference, preferably printed copies for clarity. We’ll also address the bridal party lineup and any additional tables needed.

Please be aware that we no longer request specific steak/chicken counts. Through experience, we’ve streamlined our process to ensure ample provisions for all guests, eliminating the need for individual counts.”
